Where Are R-TECH Welders Made?

As with all major manufacturers of welding equipment, the R-Tech range uses components originating from several countries. The main part of our inverter range utilise IGBT & power modules produced by American and German companies which provide very high duty cycles with great reliability.

With other components sourced from Europe (internals) and the Far East (chassis and case components) from tried and tested high quality sources.

Quality Testing

All final quality testing is carried out here in Gloucestershire. Every machine, from the Pro-Arc 135 to the AC/DC 400ext, is closely inspected and tested by our skilled engineers to ensure that the machines are built to the standards to which we expect. By doing this, it adds peace of mind and confidence in all our machines. There really would be no logical reason to offer a three year warranty on the machines otherwise and why we have complete confidence in how R-Tech Machines are made!.

R-TECH Machine Servicing

We keep a full range of internal and external parts on the shelf here in Gloucestershire so in the event you have an issue, our fully experienced engineers are easily able to get things back up and running for you without delay. Many other suppliers of machines would rely on delivery of components as they are not freely available on their shelves, this only adds to delay and creates further down time in your workshop.

Your machine will NOT be sent elsewhere for a repair. Unlike other suppliers of welding machines, as we supply these machines directly, we have no reason in sending the machine elsewhere to be repaired. Our highly skilled technical team are able to repair or replace any component on our machines. This again prevents further delay to your workload and drastically reducing risk of the machine becoming damaged any further in transit.

Because we keep all parts on the shelf, turn-around on repairs are within a few days with collection, repair and express delivery back to you for free!. Under our 3 year warranty terms, we will ensure you do not incur any additional costs when it comes to repairs.
