Mac ULTRA15 are the ultimate professional modular welding table fixture system. These tables are designed inhouse using the tab and slot locking interface. Manufactured from high grade S355J2+N All ULTRA tables have a 200mm deep rib sub-frame offering maximum strength and accuracy. The ULTRA15 is supplied with a material thickness of 15mm of the top plates and 10mm sides with chamfer holes.

Unlike other imports and cheaper constructions, Mac design superior sub-frame cross bracing as this is the most critical part of the fixture table to ensure a truly flat and accurate fabrication surface. We design, test and manufacture everything in house and the UK to maintain a high quality of control.

As standard all Mac tables and tool includes the industry standard 16mm hole pattern (50mm hole centres) to work with all industry fixture 16D tooling. Mac also offer 28mm fixture points at 100mm centres.

ULTRA Build Options

Ready Made: Mac will assemble your table on our inhouse custom jig to ensure a truly flat surface, weld and quality check your item. so soon receiving your table you can get fabricating something awesome!
Ready Made + Leg Kit: As above but Mac will all cut, assemble and weld your leg kit along with your table top. You will receive your table assembled/bolted together.
Ready Made + Leg Kit + Castors: As above but Mac will all cut, assemble and weld your leg kit. You will receive your table assembled/bolted together with your castors fitted9.

ULTRA TABLES sized 2.8x1.4m and above are provided with 6x Legs and castors when selected.
